The room was clean.

I actually booked for the 24th to the 26th and received an email confirming this, however the hotel were given the dates 23rd to 25th so we had to find a room elsewhere for the second night. I have emailed regarding this matter but received no response.

I had a fantastic stay at your hotel. Receptionist Mr. Hussain was incredible, polite, and helpful. Rooms are clean, and the hotel location is perfect for exploring the city. Overall, my experience was excellent.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
What I didn't like - No restaurant or bar inside the hotel.
